Biological Activity

Nap-FF (2-Naa-FF) is a cell penetrant dipeptide that self-assembly and adopt the β-sheet structures to tát size prion-like nanofibrils of small molecules (PriSM). PriSM of Nap-FF are selectively cytotoxic to tát gliomas cancer cells in a presence of stromal cells. PriSM of Nap-FF selectively accumulate in cancer cells, impedes the dynamics of cytoskeletal filaments, and induces apoptosis.

For example, to tát modify the dose of Compound A used for a mouse (20 mg/kg) to tát a dose based on the BSA for a rat, multiply trăng tròn mg/kg by the Km factor for a mouse and then divide by the Km factor for a rat. This calculation results in a rat equivalent dose for Compound A of 10 mg/kg.
